CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MOBILE SERVICES
We at Here 4U Notary & Tax Solutions understand that circumstances may arise that require a client to cancel or reschedule their mobile notary appointment. In order to ensure that we can continue to provide reliable and timely services to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, we request that they do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and potentially offer the appointment slot to another client.

Appointments cannot be cancelled within 2 hours of the appointment. After which a travel fee of $35 will be charged.

At Here 4U Notary & Tax Solutions, we understand the importance of transparency and clear communication when it comes to notary services. To ensure that our clients are aware of our policies and fees, we require $35 to be made in full before a mobile notary appointment can be scheduled, whether online or by phone. In the event that you place a phone appointment or book online and request to cancel an appointment for any reason after payment is remitted there will be no refunds.

Additionally, our notaries are committed to providing prompt and reliable service to our clients. However, if a notary is in transit or arrives at the signing location and the signing is unable to occur for any reason, no refunds will be issued back to the cardholder. It is essential to understand that by proceeding with payment, clients confirm that they have read and agreed to our fees and terms of service.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to work with our clients to accommodate changes in their schedules. However, we ask that clients provide as much notice as possible in the event that they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. This allows us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients and ensure that we can continue to provide everyone with high-quality mobile notary services.
